Order Policies

Shipping

It will take 1 to 2 weeks on average for products to be crafted and prepared for shipment once your order is confirmed by our designers. A confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped. We do not charge a shipping fee within Canada.

Cancellations

If you placed an order by mistake, please send us an email to info@terrizzo.com as quickly as possible. We will cancel the order and void your payment if the designer has not confirmed your order yet. However, If the designer has already confirmed your order, and has started working on your product, a cancellation fee of 15% is applied. The cancellation fee covers the designer's cost of ordering materials and initial preparations. 
In rare situations where a designer may reject an order or is unable to fulfill the product, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.

Returns

To return an item: 1. log into TERRIZZO using the email address you provided when you placed your order and initiate a return 2. send your returns to: #2006-7398 Yonge Street, Vaughan, ON L4J 8J2, Canada.
All orders placed during promotion periods are considered final and non-returnable. Price adjustments are not available for previously finalized orders.
Returns can only be initiated within 10 calendar days from the date of merchandise delivery.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of their own returns. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns. The restocking fee supports our operational sustainability and preserves the exclusivity of our unique pieces, which necessitate special handling, packaging, and reconditioning before resale.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. They must be in the same condition as when sold, complete with the attached tags. They must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
Upon receiving and examining your returns, please allow 3-5 business days for the completion of the refund process. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been applied.
For returns, it is advisable to retain your return tracking information, as Terrizzo cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return shipment process.
